All personal data is processed by the data controller who is the clerk to the foundation. However, for the purposes of IT hosting and maintenance this information is located on servers outside the United Kingdom. How long we keep your data
We will keep your data and your data will be retained for a minimum period of three years unless otherwise agreed with you, after which time it will be destroyed. Your information that we process to conduct the services we provide will be retained for at least 6 months after the course to which the grant has been applied has been completed. We do not use your information for marketing purposes.
